I think any Londoner will agree that we’ve had a brilliant run of warm weather over the last few months (with the odd thunderstorm here and there!) On the whole it has been warm enough to go out without a jacket and I feel like I’ve pretty much worn all of my summer wardrobe. However, now we’re getting into that funny stage between summer and autumn where although it may be pleasant during the day, there is a definite chill in the air come evening and dressing for day to night can become slightly more challenging. Below is an outfit that I think is perfect for this transitional phase, the shorts allowing you to be cool enough if the temperatures are higher but the lightweight jumper protect you in the colder temperatures of the evening.
